We're looking for an experienced, MRICS-qualified Valuation Surveyor to join our growing Dubai practice. You'll lead Red Book valuations across residential, commercial and specialised assets for banks, funds, auditors and the courts. ices in Dubai — trusted property valuers for real estate valuation, secured lending, financial reporting and disputes across every asset class.
What You'll Do

Lead valuations — deliver independent, Red Book-compliant reports across asset classes.

Inspect & analyse — carry out inspections, build comparables and develop defensible conclusions.

Advise clients — present findings to lenders, auditors and investors with clarity.

Uphold standards — ensure every deliverable meets IVS, RICS and IFRS requirements.
