Mohamed Abdelrazik
Leads the firm's Construction Claims, Delay Analysis and Contractual Disputes practice.
A project-side view and a forensic one.
Mohamed Abdelrazik is Senior Partner at Western Valuers & Surveyors, where he leads the firm's Construction Claims, Delay Analysis and Contractual Disputes practice.
He is a civil engineer and former Projects Director with more than 19 years of experience in the UAE construction sector. He has managed contracts, claims and disputes on developments worth more than USD 500 million, so he brings both a project-side view and a forensic one to every instruction.
His work centres on extension of time entitlement, critical path and concurrent delay analysis, variation and cost impact assessment, and interim payment and final account disputes. He also investigates technical defects and determines the actual value of works executed. This expertise strengthens the firm's litigation and building consultancy services.
Mohamed acts with full independence, neutrality and technical rigour, in line with UAE law and the regulations that govern expert work before the Dubai Courts. He advises developers, contractors, owners' associations, legal counsel and courts. His reports are clear, defensible and grounded in the contract and the programme.
