The Purpose
Independently, or in support of the team, assess and advise on market value, replacement and reproduction cost, insurance and forced-sale values across property and asset types. Undertake valuations for a range of purposes including loan security, financial reporting, M&A and insurance.
Key Responsibilities

Value land, offices, warehouses and buildings — existing, new-build and under construction — with correct market-value advice

Execute assignments end to end: inspection, market research, valuation modelling and detailed report writing

Prepare valuation models using Excel and Argus Developer

Present valuation findings to clients and meet challenging deadlines with high-quality output

Uphold Continuing Professional Development as required by the RICS

Collate Middle East property market data from internal and external sources

Check and verify all documents submitted with valuation requests for accuracy and completeness

Document all data used in analysis in line with IVS record-keeping requirements

Skills & Experience

Comprehensive knowledge of UAE valuation regulations and legislation

Minimum 2 years’ post-qualification experience, ideally in the UAE

Bachelor’s or Master’s in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Investment or related (RICS-accredited degree preferred)

Chartered Surveyor (MRICS) / AssocRICS member

Advanced Microsoft Excel and Word; knowledge of Argus Estate Master preferred

Strong English (written and verbal) and client-ready presentation skills

Able to manage multiple instructions efficiently, independently and within a team

Client relationship management and business development with new and existing clients
